My Qualifications: I have had experience working with many individual clinicians supporting them with clinical questions in their active case loads, I particularly enjoy consulting around topics of sexuality, gender, and grief&loss. I currently co-lead a peer support consult group, engaging with clinicians on a monthly basis. I have worked with Oakland and Hayward school districts, responding to crisis for schools that have been impacted by sudden and/or traumatic loss of a student or teacher, supporting individual students and also facilitating brief support groups for staff and students. I also built curriculum and presented a workshop for siblings of ages 5-16 that are siblings to siblings with bleeding disorders, at Camp Hemotion.
I currently am a gender and sexuality- consultant at Hipline in Oakland , Ca , where I support the management team with staff check-ins, addressing client feedback, and co-writing their mission statement. I help the team continue to grow and uphold their community commitments, of which I co-wrote the gender commitment. My goal in consulting is to help businesses grow and expand their potential around inclusion and diversity.
